Rebuild is a 12-week group coaching program that fixes that. We use real-time CGM data to see exactly what your body is doing, build the foundation around your specific patterns, and introduce GLP-1 microdosing once that foundation is in place — as a short-term tool, not a lifelong dependency.

The medication creates the window. The foundation is what lasts.

One on One

Personalized support for bodies that need more investigation

For women with stubborn weight, hormone imbalances, or multiple things going on at once.

In the 1:1, we go deeper. You get comprehensive bloodwork — hormones, metabolic markers, nutrient profile — so we can see what's actually blocking progress. From there we build your entire protocol around your data: CGM patterns, personalized GLP-1 microdosing, additional peptides where they'll help, and guidance through hormone replacement therapy or hormone navigation if that's part of your picture.

It's faster results because we're not guessing. And it's individualized because your body is more complex than a group curriculum can address.
