No—but I do think it's one of the most misunderstood tools in weight loss today.
GLP-1 medications were originally developed to improve blood sugar regulation, not weight loss. In my practice, that's exactly how we use them. The goal isn't to suppress your appetite or eat as little as possible. It's to improve blood sugar, reduce food noise, lower inflammation, and help your body finally respond to the healthy habits you're already working so hard to build.
While I can absolutely help women without a GLP-1, most of my clients choose to incorporate strategic microdosing because it often makes the entire process feel easier and more sustainable.

Many of my clients come to me already taking a GLP-1. In fact, one of the most common things we do is lower their dose.
Rather than chasing the highest dose possible, we focus on improving your nutrition, preserving muscle, stabilizing blood sugar, and rebuilding the foundation so you can get great results with the lowest effective dose.

The goal isn't to lose weight as quickly as possible. We typically aim for a sustainable rate of about 0.5–1 pound per week, while preserving as much muscle as possible.
Throughout the program, we use InBody body composition scans, continuous glucose monitoring, and strategic GLP-1 microdosing to make sure you're losing the right kind of weight—not just seeing a lower number on the scale.
